Veterans Aid and Attendance

Private duty homecare can be expensive. Veterans Aid and Attendance can provide a fairly substantial supplement. Most veterans are unaware of this benefit but a person who served in WWII, the Korean War or Vietnam might be eligible for up to $2085.00 per month. There is also a surviving spouse benefit as well. A great website that can provide more information is http://www.veteranaid.org/program.php
I would encourage anyone who served in one of the wars above to visit the website and learn more about the VA Aid & Attendance benefit.
